Please arrive 15 minutes early for your appointment to ensure a relaxing beginning to your session.
A 24 hour cancellation notice is required for single services and 48 hour cancellation notice for multiple services. We reserve the right to impose a 50% cancellation fee for no-shows and same-day cancellations.
Upon making an appointment new clients should be prepared to provide credit card details to secure the appointment. Your card will not be charged unless there is a failure to cancel within the times listed above.
All appointments are on a first come, first served basis.
Please note that our fees do not include gratuities.
For everyone’s relaxation, we ask that no cell phones be used in the Spa.
The Spa is an adult facility with your relaxation being our primary goal; therefore children under the age of 12 are not permitted.
